This CPE assessment covers the required topics listed in the TPB information sheet TPB (I) 10/2011 for BAS Agents and Tax Agents seeking registration or already registered as BAS Agent/Tax Agent under the TASA 2009 and covers the following:
- Board’s power to apply to the Federal Court for an injunction
- Civil Penalty provisions
- Administrative Sanctions
- Code of Professional Conduct
- Registration process and eligibility requirements under the TASA 2009
- Objects of the TASA 2009

This unit makes up part 1 of the BAS Agent Registration Skill Set as required by the Tax Practitioners Board. The MYOB Student Edition AcountRight Plus program will be required to be installed on your PC to complete this assessment which is located below.
